APEX DESIGNS - Rapid Precision Valve (RPV) STD Length

The Apex Designs USA Rapid Precision Valve is a tyre deflation valve that will get your tyre pressures down in record time. Its fast…very fast. You can expect a 35" tyre deflation to go from 50PSI to 20PSI in under 15 seconds.

The Apex Designs RPV requires the factory valve to be replaced, therefore your tyre needs to be taken off.

Available in 2 sizes:

• Standard Length (for 15mm Valve Stem Depth)
  • Appropriate for most wheels.
• XL Length (for 25mm Valve Stem Depth)
  • Best for Deep Valve Stem Recess (e.g. Beadlocks)
  • For some users, the XL Length is preferred as it allows for more clearance for your finger to pull out the Red Tab.

Here is a great video to measure the depth of your wheel stem required to determine if you need the STD or XL.

Here’s how it works:

• Unscrew the valve stem cover and place your preferred pressure gauge onto the valve. We recommend you use the Apex Designs Precision Pressure Gauge.
• Now simply lift up the Red Tab and watch your air gauge real-time as the pressure drops.
• Once you have reached your desired tyre pressure, push the Red Tab back and replace the cap… now you’re done.
