REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

- Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
- You may be entitled to a remedy beyond 30 days under the ACL, depending on the nature of the goods and the issue.

2. Refund Consideration:
- We acknowledge your right to a refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform its intended function.
- Refunds may be denied for items purchased by mistake.

3. Dealer Network Purchases:
- For items purchased through our dealer network, please work directly with the dealer to address any concerns. This does not diminish your rights under the ACL.

4. Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

5. Unauthorized Returns:

6. Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be applied fairly and in compliance with the ACL.

7. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

9. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for items over $75 or purchasing shipping insurance.
