CSA Wheels x Ranger Super Duty Owners Facebook Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mullins Wheels Pty Ltd (ABN 82 007 725 082) trading as CSA Wheels (“Promoter”).

Facebook account: @csawheels 

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway commences at 5:00pm AEST on [14/06/26 ] and closes at 6;00 pm AEST on [20/06/26 ] (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.

Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:

1. Join "Ranger Super Duty Owners Australia"
2. Follow @csawheels on Facebook; and
3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

Each comment must tag a genuine Facebook account.

Bonus entries may be awarded for sharing the giveaway post to Facebook Stories and tagging @csawheels.

Entries generated by script, bot, automated means, or fake accounts are invalid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) set of 5x THUNDER HD 8/170 CSA Wheels valued at up to AUD $2,400 RRP
• The winner has their choice of three wheel finishes:
o Satin Graphite
o Satin Black
o Full Machined

Prize conditions:

• Prize includes wheels only unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
• Tyres, wheel nuts, fitment accessories, installation, balancing, freight, and any additional costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wheel style, size, finish, and fitment are subject to vehicle compatibility and product availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.

The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $2,400 RRP.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

** Winner Must own a Ford Ranger Super Duty **

This promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on [ 20/06/26 ] at the Promoter’s business premises or another location nominated by the Promoter.

The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within seven (7) days of the draw and may also be announced on the Ranger Super Duty Owners Australia page and/or website.

7. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will take place on [INSERT REDRAW DATE] at the same location as the original draw.

The redraw winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within seven (7) days of the redraw and may also be announced on the @csawheels Facebook page and/or website.

8. Prize Delivery

Prize to be collected from any Mullins Wheels branch across Australia.

Freight charges for shipping to an Australian address nominated by the winner may incur additional costs at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.

9. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner, the Promoter may use their name, Facebook handle, photographs, and related content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• inaccurate or incomplete entry information;
• technical malfunctions or failures;
• lost, late, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries;
• any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations and applicable privacy laws.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for this purpose.

12. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

By entering, entrants completely release Facebook and Meta from any and all liability associated with this promotion.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia.

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
